Class Descriptions:
Mat Classes: Ideal for those new to Pilates, this mat based Pilates program focuses on core strengthening and posture. Classes may involve resistance work using small equipment such as theraband, magic circle, foam roller, ova ball and many more.
Circuit Classes: Performed on and around the Pilates reformer, this is the ultimate way to get toned and fit!  Challenge your way through this dynamic and highly charged class. You will work out using the classical Pilates machines to create a slimmer and more toned figure. Ideal for those wanting to see and feel the difference every class. These classes hold a total of 6 participants.
Group Classes: Work directly on the Pilates reformer to get a great full body workout. Ideal for those wanting more focused attention and a class more designed to their needs. With a total of 3 participants in each class get ready to feel the effects right away.
 
Class Levels:
Beginner: A great way to introduce your body to the benefits of Pilates or an ideal level for those who are injured. Learn to use your core abdominal and stabilising muscles to improve your strength, posture and  movement.
Improvers: For experienced beginners who are not quite ready to make the leap to intermediate.
Intermediate: A higher level class for those without injuries. requires a good level of exoerience and fitness. A great progression for those experienced in Pilates and ready to move to a higher level of strength, control and balance.
Advanced: The ultimate in body strengthening, lengthening, toning and body awareness for those experienced devotees.
Cardio: Performed on and around the Pilates reformer, with a large focus on dynamic and aerobic movements. Ideal for injury free people who want to increase fitness and challenge their body.
Ante and Post Natal: Specifically for pregnant and/or new mums to prepare their body for birth, target the pelvic and abdominal muscles, and to rebuild posture and endurance of the body after birth. You are also welcome to bring babies along!
Boot Camp: Improve cardiovascular fitness, strength and muscle tone with this six week course consisting of both Reformer and Mat classes.
